I decided to get lasik after developing an allergy to contacts. My contact prescription was -5.00. Dr. Hersh and his staff were enormously helpful during the entire process. They really do take care of you. He is pricier than other places I looked into, but the level of care was well worth it. I am now seeing 20/20 with no issues 8 months after surgery. I travel a lot and it is so nice to not have to pack contacts, solution, and glasses. This was the best decision Ive ever made!
From the first phone call with Helena, to the qualification testing with Raluca, to the scheduling with Jen, to the meet and greet with Dr. Hersh... it was a first class experience all around. In addition to being referred by some of the top physicians in NJ, I knew that TCLE was where Id find the peace of mind for my lasic procedure after my initial visit. As a bonus, the friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff was complemented nicely by the classy office setting and attire worn by the team. The procedure day was another positive experience. The pre-op and post-op game plan review with Nikki, Dr. Gelles, and Dr. Hersh left no questions or concerns unaddressed, When it came time for the procedure, Dr. Hersh was as cool and comforting as I expected. From my first consult to my first follow-up visit, every person was pleasant, professional and helpful. The day of my LASIK surgery everyone helped me relax. I cannot rave more about the professionalism of each individual employee, from the front desk staff, The nurses, and the doctor. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience. Every part of the procedure was explained in detail, and I was asked if I had any questions. Very pleasant experience.
